Habits:
Foodplant: The larva forms a long, gradually widening gallery mine in a Rowan leaf. The mine usually follows the leaf margin for a long distance. The frass is most frequently dispersed, but is occasionally zig-zagged linear. It pupates in a cocoon in the leaf litter.
