Forewing: 4 to 6mm
Habitats: Dry coastal cliffs, limestone pavement, coastal heathland, herb rich grassland, damp meadows, acid grassland.
Habits: The moth flies in sunshine and in the early evening. It comes to light.
Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded. The moth has been associated with St. John's-worts, which are not present at all known sites for the moth.
