Habitats: Woodland rides, scrub, hedgerows and gardens.
Habits: The moth comes to light.
Foodplant: The larva feeds from within a dense spinning of the terminal leaves of Honeysuckle, Fly Honeysuckle or Snowberry. It pupates in a dense white cocoon in the larval habitation. On the European mainland it has also been recorded feeding on Perfoliate Honeysuckle.
