Habits: The moth comes to light.

Foodplant: The larva feeds on the mature needles of Scots Pine and sometimes Maritime Pine, Norway Spruce and Cedar of Lebanon. It is found on both young and mature trees. It pupates just under the soil or in leaf litter.
