Habits: It nectars at Bugle, louseworts, Yellow Rattle, Ragged Robin, Honeysuckle, Rhododendron, Viper's Bugloss and other species.
Foodplant: The larva feeds mainly on Wild Honeysuckle. It has also been recorded on Snowberry and cultivated honeysuckles. It pupates just below the soil surface or in leaf litter.
