Habitats: Warm habitats. As an immigrant it may come to light almost anywhere, including gardens.
Habits: The moth comes to light.
Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded in Britain and Ireland. In captivity it will take Knotgrass, docks, Groundsel, Common Ragwort, Chrysanthemum sp., Field Bindweed and other low-growing plants.
