Habits:
Foodplant: The larva forms a highly contorted gallery mine with dispersed frass in a leaf of Dewberry or Bramble. This greatly widens near the end. There are often several mines in a leaf which may turn a dull purple. It pupates in a cocoon in the leaf litter or under the soil.
