Habits: The moth comes to light.
Foodplant: The larva forms an irregular lower surface gallery which eventually develops into a small blotch that contorts the leaf on Indoor Azalea, Satsuki Azalea or Rhododendron. It later forms two successive rolled down cones at the leaf tips where it feeds on the under surface of the leaf. It pupates under a white membrane under a leaf.
