Habits:
Foodplant: The larva makes long mines on Rowan, Bird Cherry and occasionally Japanese Quince or Common Whitebeam. They are on the underside of the leaves which have a crease on the lower surface. The mine often causes green patches on the leaf and the margin to fold over.
