Habits: The moth rests under loose bark or in crevices and is active around midday.
Foodplant: The larva mines a leaf and later the stem of Rye-grass, bromes, fescues, Barley, Wheat or other grasses. It pupates in a silk cocoon hidden by a leaf of the foodplant.
