Forewing: 4 to 4.5mm

Habitats: Sand-dunes.

Habits: The moth flies around the foodplant in sunshine.

Foodplant: The larva feeds amongst the spun flowers of Viper's Bugloss which may show a brown discolouration. It pupates in the dead flowers or in the stem.
