Habits:
Foodplant: The larva spins together a number of side or terminal leaflets of Dyers Greenweed. Then from within, it bites a hole at a leaflets base and mines it almost completely. Full-fed larvae of the second generation overwinter within dead leaves often spun to the stem. It pupates in a flimsy silk spinning in a shoot or in the leaf litter.
