Habitats: Hedgerows and embankments where the foodplants are present.
Habits: Two females were recorded on the Scilly Isles in 2013.
Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded in Britain. On the European mainland the larva feeds from within a folded leaf, making opaque windows in the leaves of Hedge Bindweed or Field Bindweed. It also feeds on Morning Glory and in some Meditteranean countries it can be a pest on Sweet Potato.
