Habits:
Foodplant: The larva initially mines a narrow gallery up towards the tip of a leaf of False Brome. The mine turns near the tip of the leaf then broadens to form a green blister mine. The larva is a creamy grey-green with a light brown head and divided prothoracic plate. It pupates on a dead leaf at the base of the foodplant.
On the European mainland it has also been recorded feeding on Heath False-brome.
