Habits:
Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded in Britain. On the European mainland it has been recorded eating out windows in leaves while feeding under a web on the surface of the leaves of Irish Fleabane, Hairy Fleabane, Stemless Thistle, other thistles and cudweeds. It pupates in a spindle-shaped cocoon in the feeding place.
