Habits:
Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded in Britain and Ireland. On the northern European mainland the larva of this subalpine species feeds on the needles of Norway Spruce and sometimes Dwarf Mountain Pine. It overwinters and then pupates in the bark during the spring.
