Foodplant: The larva feeds on the flowers of Hawthorn, Dog Rose, Hemp-agrimony, Yarrow, Bramble, Elder, Traveller's-joy, Mugwort, Goldenrod, Wild Angelica and other herbaceous plants. It pupates under the soil.
