Habits:
Foodplant: The larva forms a long, slowly widening gallery mine which runs between and often along the veins of a leaf of Water Avens, Mountain Avens, Wood Avens, Bramble, Raspberry or Dewberry. The frass is linear and interrupted, but diffuse once the mine has widened. There may be more than one larva in a leaf.
