Habitats: Limestone grassland and sand-dunes.

Habits: Last recorded in Kent in 1899. Rediscovered in 2022.

Foodplant: The early stages are unrecorded in Britain and Ireland. The species is associated with bumble bee nests where it is thought to feed on detritus.
