Habitats: Woodland edge, hedgerows, scrub and gardens.
Habits: The moth has been found during the afternoon sitting on a leaf of Sycamore. Most records have been at light, especially actinic light. A native of New Zealand. The first British record was at Eaton Ford, Cambridgeshire (VC30) at MV light on 23rd June 2018.
Foodplant: The early stages in Britain are not yet known. In New Zealand is thought to feed in a silk spinning amongst hanging mosses.
