Forewing: 5 to 6mm

Habitats: Deciduous woodland.

Habits: The moth occasionally comes to light.

Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded in Britain. It has been associated with Sweet Chestnut and oaks. In Poland it has been confirmed that it feeds on Goat Willow.
