Habits: The moth flies at dusk and later comes to light.

Foodplant: The yellow larva feeds on the flower buds and flowers and occasionally mines the leaves of Honeysuckle and Fly Honeysuckle. It pupates in a tough cocoon in the leaf litter or under the soil.
