Foodplant: The larva feeds from a folded leaf or spun leaves of Meadowsweet, Dropwort, Silverweed, Tormentil, cinquefoils, Wild Strawberry, Salad Burnet, Common Rock-rose, Mountain Avens, Mountain Everlasting, Field Maple, Brambles, Eared Willow and probably other willows. It pupates in the larval spinning or a folded leaf.
