Habits: It occasionally flies about its foodplant in afternoon sunshine. It normally flies from dusk.
Foodplant: The larva feeds in the loosely spun and bundled terminal shoots of Wood Spurge and Sea Spurge. Its presence may be detected by looking for immature, non-flowering, discoloured plants. The larva pupates in a leaf fold between two spun leaves or in the larva habitation.
