Habits: The moth is easily disturbed from rose bushes during the day. It flies from late afternoon, through the evening and into the night. It comes to light.
Foodplant: The larva spins the leaves of Burnet Rose, Dog Rose, Sweet Briar, Small-flowered Sweet Briar and other roses. It pupates in the larval spinning.
