Similar species:

Forewing: M6 to 7.5mm, F 5 to 6mm

Habitats: Sea-cliffs and landslips.

Habits: The moth flies over the foodplant in sunny weather.

Foodplant: The larva lives in a spun leaf or two terminal leaves spun flat together on Narrow-leaved Everlasting Pea. At the end of August the full-fed larva spins a cocoon in the leaf litter below the plant, where it overwinters until it pupates in April.
