Habits: When sunny the moth makes short flights over the foodplant for a couple of hours around midday.
Foodplant: The larva lives in the young shoots and flower buds of Dyer's Greenweed. It is full-fed within a few weeks. It then spins a cocoon in the leaf litter below the foodplant and overwinters until it pupates in March.
