Similar species:

Forewing: 10 to 11.5mm

Habitats: Open woodland.

Habits: The moth is nocturnal and comes to light.

Foodplant: The early stages have not been recorded in Britain and Ireland. On the European mainland the larva feeds on Aspen, Black Poplar and White Poplar.
